Maik Chi Ki

Maik means pressure point
and Chi Ki means hand strike
Maik Chi Ki means to strike or punch the
opponent’s vital pressure points with your hand.
opponent kicks and punches, you block
and then counter opponent with your fist or
knife-hand techniques.
You should have your stomach and your arm
isometrically tight when you strike the opponent.
